Fees

Please call me to discuss my current fee. I accept a limited number of patients with sliding scale fees based on financial circumstances. If you need a reduced fee, I encourage you to let me know.
Insurance & Reimbursement Options
If your insurance plan covers out of network providers, I am happy to work with you and provide the necessary paperwork for this arrangement. Check with your insurance company to see if they will reimburse you for private therapy. If your insurance does not cover out of network providers, you may be able to use pre-tax savings (a “flex spending” plan) offered by some employers for reimbursement of therapy costs, or claim a tax deduction for the cost of therapy on your taxes.

I am a preferred provider with some insurance plans and hold a few slots for insurance payment. While insurance sometimes makes it possible for people to afford therapy, there are also risks involved with using it to directly pay for therapy. If you are interested in using insurance please call me and we can discuss this option and the drawbacks associated with using insurance.

If you are concerned about being able to afford my fee, please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss your situation. Even if we cannot agree upon a fee arrangement, I can often provide referrals to other therapy sources as needed.
